The services of Classic Threads are provided on an “as is” basis at the User’s sole risk without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Classic Threads makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing or as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the service, or as to the accuracy, reliability, or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through this website. However, for all reported defects in products covered 

Classic Threads does not represent or warrant maintaining the confidentiality of information, although our practice is to make reasonable efforts to maintain such confidentiality. Requests for cancellations of orders once placed on Classic Threads shall not be entertained.

Classic threads reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. 

The user agrees to provide accurate, authentic, and true information. Classic Threads reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user before making the shipment.

Classic Threads will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user, and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user. The user must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.

Classic Threads shall not be liable for any delay of ordered goods by the account of some unforeseen circumstances like flood, fire, wars, acts of God, or any cause that is beyond their control.

The user agrees to use the services provided by Classic Threads only for lawful purposes. The user certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian. All items purchased from Classic Threads are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier by its vendor/affiliate.

Though Classic Threads will try to ensure safe delivery by way of careful packing, it will be the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that the parcel received by them is in good condition and has not been tampered with before accepting the parcel. Classic Threads shall have no liability to the user for any interruption or delay in access to the site irrespective of the cause. OCTROI charges, wherever applicable, shall be paid directly by the user to the courier company. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at kanpur  shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement. We tied up with most of known courier companies.
